At Drip8, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

We currently ship across India.

All orders are delivered through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality check
  • Packaging

(Yes, we don’t just pack — we make sure it’s worth the wait 😄)


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 5–9 working days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5–9 working days

Please note:
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected logistical issues

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected orders

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders/locations
  • Additional charges may apply for COD orders
  • Orders placed via COD may require confirmation before dispatch

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Invalid contact details

The courier may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the order is returned to us:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Or the order may be cancelled as per our policy

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us
  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund, as applicable)

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide:

✔ Complete and accurate address
✔ Correct contact details

Drip8 will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


10. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Record a parcel opening video
  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly tampered (if possible)
  • Report the issue to us via email within 24–48 hours
