Return & Refund Policy – Drip8

At Drip8, we aim to deliver products you’ll love. However, if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered with a clear and fair policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Item received is damaged
✔ Item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)
✔ Item received has a size issue (different from what was ordered)

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Parcel opening video is mandatory as proof

(No video = no return. Simple math, no arguments 😄)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Liking/style issues
❌ Minor color variation (due to screen differences)
❌ Slight fitting preference issues

Basically… if the product is correct, it stays with you 😄


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@drip8.in
  2. Share:
    • Order details
    • Issue description
    • Parcel opening video
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved:
    • You may be asked to ship the product back, or
    • Pickup may be arranged (if available)

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

✔ If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be issued via:

  • Original payment method OR
  • Store credit (based on the case)

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • If return is rejected, the product will be sent back
  • Drip8 reserves the right to decline returns if conditions are not met
